Whether prepping for an audition or for a job, working one-on-one allows us to dig deeper into the specifics of the character, the scenes, and often the full character arc.

By working with script analysis and from within you, we can find where you and the character on the page meet. This setting allows us to work through the fears and blocks that keep you shut down. The result is that the actor is then free to fully commit to honest, deep, and personal emotional exploration via the text.

Taping is available either in person in Los Angeles, or anywhere via Zoom. In this day and age, it is key that you pop from the very beginning of the tape. Your choices must be specific. They must differentiate you from everyone else auditioning by finding what you can bring to this part that no one else can. 

Every month you will be assigned a new parter scene. You will then spend the month exploring by diving into the character through personal choices and text analysis. As layers are unlocked during the weeks, you will go deeper into exploring the character and yourself.

Scene study is how actors hone their craft and stay in shape. Auditions are a necessary part of the job of an actor, but it is very hard to grow as an actor through simply auditioning. This class is not just a commitment to working

This weekly class begins with a relaxation followed by sensory work designed to open your instrument and activate your imagination. After that we work on scenes, monologues, improvs, auditions, exercises, etc. This is a drop in class, which means there is no monthly commitment, and it can be used to work on whatever you and your instrument need.

This intense two day workshop focuses on reawakening your inner child. It is more than going back to a time when that child was alive and uninhabited, it is about finding that child that still lives within you and building a working relationship with them.
